Terms of Sale (CGV)

1. Scope of Service

The service sold on this platform is strategic advisory in the form of a 1-hour consulting call. The advisory is an obligation of means (obligation de moyens), not an obligation of results (obligation de résultat). No specific outcome is guaranteed.

2. Pricing

The price for a 1-hour Strategic Audit is €89 (eighty-nine euros), inclusive of all taxes. Payment is what confirms the booked slot.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront via Stripe Checkout to confirm and lock the calendar slot. Payment cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. A Stripe-generated invoice is issued automatically upon payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund: granted if the client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled call. No refund: if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled call, or in the event of a no-show. Refunds are processed automatically via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

5. Confidentiality

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before each session. The NDA is generated automatically and sent for e-signature via the booking platform. The session will not be confirmed until the NDA is signed.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, regardless of the client's country of residence or business. Any dispute arising from the sale of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
